德國PTL軟線彈性試驗機

通過來回移動軟電線的PTL軟線彈性試驗機，根據

 任務：

軟電線必須是能夠正常使用并且能夠承受彎曲移動。這個在實際應用的壓力是模仿通過測試例如60000次的負載周期。

試驗樣品在形成兩個相反方向后會以規定的半徑彎曲。為達此目的，應該把選中的電纜拉到來回移動的輸送器的兩個滑輪上。

試驗機測試

PTL軟線彈性試驗機適用于通過滑輪直徑達200mm的壓力。輸送器配備了循環滾珠軸承襯，可以在堅硬的磨制的導軌上運行。根據這個標準，它通過循環鏈來驅動。帶有滾珠軸承的連接桿用來連接傳動鏈上的輸送器。這些特點使輸送器的操作沒有松懈，容易維修而且相當安靜。

系上和移動樣品：

PTL軟線彈性試驗機已經設計要求了電纜的系上和移動時間在測試時盡可能的小。即使是在多個測試機器的情況下，也沒有必要使電纜交織在一起。

桌子有側槽，所有使樣品固定裝入的夾具都被設計成沒有變換零件，夾具有16種不同的開口以適用于不同的形狀和不同尺寸的電纜，可通過滾花螺母緊縮，有可能快速替換滑輪。

軟性彈性試驗機通過來回彎曲電纜來測試軟電線和電纜的機械耐久性。

標準設備：

1            輸送器，帶有循環滾珠軸承襯，在桌子下面的兩個圓柱導軌上運行，有安裝好的轉動吊桿。

2            齒輪發動機與連接桿組成鏈驅動輸送器，達到0.33m/s±5%的速度。

3            由側滑輪支撐，凹槽滑輪可調節。

4            一組螺母和滾珠軸承固定滑輪

5            一組砝碼，詳情見F 43/3

6            一組抑制夾當做是限制樣品的移動點。

7            一組終端節點來連接樣品

8            底盤，有一個前門兩個側門，有加固桌面的夾具，有存放配件的支架

9            聚碳酸酯窗格玻璃防護罩，通過氣壓彈簧緩解重負，電子開啟驅動和關閉。

10        側門和防護罩使用門觸點開關

12        電子開關和控制器有總開關，應急斷電可鎖定開關，預設計數器同樣有”I”和”O”按鈕。

鋼板結構，涂白色油漆是灰色亮點，較小的鋼板零件會磨光或者鍍鎳，堅硬磨制的圓柱導軌，操作使用3×400V50Hz或者60Hz
